DUOARCH was founded by two visionaries united by a shared passion for enterprise architecture. The firm was born from years working with Fortune 500 companies, where a recurring issue surfaced: businesses received complex strategic roadmaps, but lacked the practitioners to implement them. We built DUOARCH to close that gap.

The consultancy industry is built around two patterns: the strategy firm that hands the client a deck and walks away, and the systems integrator that takes the deck and turns the build into a multi-year cost line. Both patterns leave the client carrying a gap between intention and operational reality.
DUOARCH was founded to close that gap. We are practitioners who have led enterprise architecture programmes inside Fortune 500 companies — not generalists running plays from a deck. Every engagement is anchored by a named director who stays from board-level strategy through to delivery.
"We saw the same pattern across industries: a strategy that was sound, an architecture that was elegant, and an organisation that couldn't execute either. Closing that gap is the discipline of enterprise architecture, and it is the only thing we do."
Our methodology is rooted in the tried-and-tested disciplines of enterprise architecture — TOGAF, ArchiMate, and the body of practice built around them — but we treat methodology as scaffolding, not theatre. Every engagement starts with the same three questions:
Our clients are leadership teams at institutions that operate the economy: tier-1 banks, sovereign technology programmes, healthcare systems, energy operators, and the regulators that oversee them. The common factor is not industry — it is the scale of the architectural problem and the seniority of the people we work alongside.
DUOARCH is led by a team of twelve directors across strategy, technology, delivery, and growth. Each engagement is anchored by a named director with at least fifteen years of enterprise architecture or programme leadership in the relevant sector. We do not staff the work and disappear — the partner who wins the engagement is the partner who runs it.
Every conversation starts with one of our partners, not a junior associate running a discovery script. Tell us what's on your roadmap.
