How we engage

Enterprise Advisory engagements are typically 8–16 weeks for a strategy and architecture phase, with a named director leading the work end-to-end. We do not staff a partner on the win and disappear — the partner who wins the work is the partner who runs it. Most engagements continue into Enterprise Enablement for the delivery phase.
