Why a network, not a bench

Traditional consulting benches are filled with whoever the firm can keep utilised — which is rarely whoever the client needs most. DUO's Associates inverts that model. We maintain a tight network of senior practitioners who are trusted, vetted, and engaged on a per-mandate basis. The bench is virtual. The standard is not.

What you can expect

  • Senior people — the median Associate has 12+ years of relevant experience. We do not market junior talent at senior rates.
  • Accountability — every Associate engagement is anchored by a DUOARCH director who remains accountable for outcomes
  • Integration — Associates work inside your team, against your standards. They are not parachuted in to file reports.
  • Continuity — when a programme outgrows the Associate model, it transitions cleanly into Enterprise Enablement

How we engage

Engagement starts with a brief on the capability gap or the capacity problem. Within 7–10 days we propose a small panel of Associates whose experience matches the requirement. Engagements range from 4-week specialist mandates to multi-quarter capacity extensions of an existing client team.
